FIRST TIME AND DID NOT HAD ANY ISSUE

I don t know if anybody at Agoda will read this review but if they do it would be nice to hear their response Basically I m fairly satisfied with my experience using Agoda for many years but one thing is really bugging me When booking a hotel the reviews from previous clients are extremely important The client customer reviews on Agoda are a mess I m not talking about the reviews themselves I m talking about the mess the reviews are in and how difficult it is to make a judgement on a hotel based on client reviews Many reviews are years old They are not in any particular order The options on how to view the reviews are limited Sometimes there are dozens of reviews more than 5 years old This means to find an up to date review is time consuming and very tedious As booking com are now the owners of Agoda I sincerely hope they will upgrade the review experience on Agoda to the same high standard as the booking com website Also there is no way I can see to actually let Agoda customers share their user experience with Agoda themselves hence writing this complaint here in the hope they will pick it up
