Horrible customer service

Placed an order for a printed jumper and two t-shirts A small order to begin with as i wanted to check quality and fit Waited a week before trying to make contact regarding a proof for my order and heard nothing back after multiple ignored emails and almost 2 months i tried Facebook messenger where i was told i was important and it had been escalated Another week goes by and i simply requested a refund at which point i was blocked on messenger so i went to leave a negative review which was immediately deleted After sending an email notifying i have requested a charge back from my bank i finally got an email telling me that my order wasn t big enough to warrant communication and that they will focus on the big orders They have also now cancelled my order but wont issue a refund
