My husband surprised me with a personalized song on Christmas morning It was written and sung by Nick Isham To say I was blown away would be an understatement I was overwhelmed with emotion in the best way with tears streaming down my face as memories flooded my mind Having your life and what is important to you and the way someone feels about you captured perfectly in a song is a phenomenal experience A song is a gift that will last beyond a lifetime It can be passed on from generation to generation giving those that come after us a glimpse into our lives I ll probably never meet Nick Isham but I do want to say thank you to him He is an extremely gifted and talented songwriter He has a beautiful voice and expresses emotion exquisitely when singing the lyrics I appreciate the work he put into writing my song and would highly recommend him Thank you again Nick With heartfelt appreciation The girl who ate a black crayon
