Overall really happy switch
Overall, Ive been really happy with my switch to Alticemobile. The coverage has been solid in my area, and I love that the unlimited data is truly unlimited with no sneaky throttling. The app is straightforward for managing my account and paying bills.
Im giving it four stars instead of five because customer service can be a bit slow to respond via chat. When you get someone, theyre helpful, but the wait times could be improved. For the price, though, its an excellent value and Id definitely recommend giving them a try.
