I was impressed with the condition of my friend s hair so I scheduled an appointment with Monika Monat Partner to find out more about the Monat haircare products My skin is very sensitive and I also have a skin condition so I was worried that products may not be appropriate for me I shared my worries with Monika and after a full assessment she has carefully chosen products appropriate for my needs and reassured me that if anything goes wrong we can review this She has also mentioned that if I receive the products and for any reason I m unsatisfied I can return them up to 30 days I decided to try because there was no risk as I could easily return the products and get my money back if I didn t like it After my products arrived Monika scheduled another call with me to explain how to use them Products are very concentrated and last for a long time and what s most important for me they are made from natural ingredients The smell of the products it s wonderful I have been using Monat since July 2021 and I cannot imagine my haircare routine without it My skin condition improved my hair re-grown it s healthier and properly conditioned even my hairdresser was amazed Currently I m using Renew Shampoo Advanced Hydrating Conditioner Super Moist Hair Mask and Rejuvenique Oil along with other conditioning and styling products Monika has provided me with the great care and customer service She always goes beyond and above Nothing is ever a problem for her and she is happy to assist with any questions or queries One of Monika s greatest qualities is that she cares about her customers and tries her best to meet their needs Through out my journey with Monat she has always been professional and understanding I would highly recommend the products as they have worked wonders for me Alex Laurens
