OCM's furniture looks
OCM's furniture looks great online, and the pieces I received were solid and well-made. However, the delivery experience was a real letdown. The estimated window was missed by a full day with no proactive communication, and I had to chase for updates. Assembly was also more complicated than expectedthe instructions were a bit vague. For the price, I expected a smoother process from start to finish. The end product is nice, but the journey to get there was frustrating.
