I purchased a very expensive lamp from Tattahome and unfortunately it was sent directly from the manufacturer who did not package it properly which led to a broken lamp upon delivery Thankfully the team at Tattahome went out of their way to resolve the issue replacing the broken pieces and ensuring no extra cost for delivery nor customs was realised by my part Thank you to the Tattahome team for being so helpful
