Overall it's okay mixed experience
**Overall, it's okay, but I had a mixed experience.**
I ordered a specific model kit thats been out of stock everywhere else, and Finestgears had it. The price was fair and shipping was decently fast, arriving in about two weeks to the US. The kit itself was perfect and brand new.
However, the communication was basically non-existent. I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number; the package just showed up. For the price, I expected a bit more professionalism in the customer service department. If you just want the item and don't care about updates, theyre fine. But if you like to be kept in the loop, maybe look elsewhere.
