**3 stars - It gets the job done, but I expected a bit more.**
I've been using Ulonet for about six months to manage a few small client websites. The interface is straightforward and the basic hosting is reliableno major downtime. However, I've found the customer support to be a bit slow to respond, and some of the more advanced features feel clunky compared to other platforms. For the price, it's a decent option if you need simple, no-frills hosting. It works, but it doesn't "wow" you. I'll probably stick with it for now, but I'm keeping my eyes open for something with a smoother experience.
