I am loving this program

BistroMD is the best I am actually losing a pound a week It is so much fun to watch the weight come off and I feel a lot healthier Customer service is amazing They are always there to help you I love that I do not have to worry about what I m going to eat each day It s all done for me I just put my meal in the hot logic and forget about it until it s time to eat I am getting a lot of great ideas off of the BistroMD member Facebook page it warms my heart to see everybody helping each other and giving words of encouragement to each other The app is so easy to navigate and if you plan on going on vacation No Problem All you have to do is go into the delivery section go to the calendar and hit Skip on the weeks that you will be gone I also love that you can customize your own menu and if there s something that does not agree with you just remove it BistroMD you thought of everything Thank you
