Rude unprofessional unhelpful I needed a few corrections done for misprints due to misinfo I was given by a highly accredited music mogul He s currently suffering from brain cancer undergoing chemo so his recall isn t all there I explained this to them but they refused to edit more than 1 time They refused a retraction despite my offer to let them keep the full 1 250 I also have not been refunded for the 2 articles that I had canceled with them I even offered to pay an additional 1 250 for a batch of new press about my signing with a label mgmt co I have the contract as hard proof so there would be no issue with a source She refused This is the worst PR experience I have ever had bar none
