Everything was good up til right before Christmas my account went to zero as in a player with a new account and zero perks no daily bonus and I believe I was at level 7 There was no response no apology explanation or compensation I had been playing there for about 8 months A avid player I slowed down a little since I wasn t getting any cash out opportunities but none the less still put in since I come to enjoy the game list they have IN all fairness I did have a few times I could have cashed out hoping to cash 1 000 or better never got it past 600 but that wasnt a big deal for me when I lost all my progress with no response that was the big deal still bugs me actually My go to im not here to drop that persons name cause I m taking there word for it that they are honest with me if accurate I was screwed over with no correspondence from the casino that I did try to talk with online Jaded and amazed at the lack of courtesy or respect from this alleged legit online establishment Sucks cause up to that point I looked forward to playing there so a word of caution to others You don t treat players that way and expect my business Sincerely Once loyal player
