Selling our rental has been a small battle but one that I feel we will be winning Didn t know what to expect from Purplebricks but I found out very quickly how much easier a real estate transaction can be We were concerned on how much money we could actually save using Purplebricks but honestly it is the service from our realtor and her professionalism that is why I am writing this review Meeting and deciding to choose Irna Nuzhna as our realtor was truly the best part of using Purplebricks She has been very loyal honestly and attentive during our transaction She always kept a positive attitude on the potential of our progress We were able to track the activity on the website and App only if agents actuallly used the website We had few hiccups but she seemed to handle them so quickly it barely affected us She shows a strong example of how a realtor can truly affect the stress level for a seller Very little work on our part she always had a better plan of attack than we did We grew to trust her word Almost done with our escrow Nothing but positive thinking until the end
