They advertise return refund policy of 60 days We tried to return and they quoted 25- 30 shipping cost to return We paid 31 99 for the item If you look at the USPS label on the shipment received it shipped from California They tried to get us to order another knee brace and they would only charge 19 I continued to push for shipping instructions for a refund that finally sent the return instructions well you have to ship it back to China customer pays shipping cost Extremely deceptive company and false advertising BEWARE buying anything from this company
