Robert in your technical department was excellent Got to the bottom of a complicated problem carried out all the necessary changes and updates to the charger He was infinitely patient with my lack of technical know how explaining in a clear and understandable way He rang back when he said he would replied to e mails and was very personable This was the 4th time we had to contact technical and he was the only person who sorted out the problem
