Fantastic from start to finish

The whole process from filling out the first contact form to the installation was really straight forward Before the charge could be fitted we had to complete a short questionnaire and send a few photos to let the team know about the property This questionnaire was really easy and took no time to complete Andy the engineer contacted me the day before to let me know what time he was planning on coming to carry out the installation Andy was on time and walked us through exactly what would happen during the install The install required the electric to be shut off for periods but we were both working from home so required Internet connection Andy was flexible and worked around our needs Andy spent some time talking me through how the EV charger worked and the app We really like the look of the charger it is a lot less bulky than we imagined which is good Can t recommend the service anymore very professional and did a very clean and tidy job
