Horrible absolutely worst experience

Horrible absolutely worst experience I ve ever had from a vape company and forget about customer service there isn t any I ve been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone no response to a single message Cost me 17 for shipping and it has been 2 weeks I stayed home all day long and they said they tried to deliver but failed attempt no one was home that s a lie I got my regular mail I was here when they put it in my mailbox but nobody else came now I can t take another day off waiting for a vape order it s ridiculous I ordered from vapesourcing a week after I ordered from them and got my order in my mailbox in 4 days no sitting around waiting for someone not to come but say they did It should not take them over a week to answer a message they obviously don t care about you once they have your money I wish I had looked at their trust pilot reviews before I ordered because they have a terrible rating and it looks like alot of people have problems with them Do yourself a favor don t order from them and pay the ridiculous shipping fees order from vapesourcing their USA warehouses no signature required cheap delivery fee and great customer service with a enormous selection and the best prices for disposable and vape kits stay far away from this Vapecentric Maybe if they had some kind of customer service and they would have at the very least responded after a week of messages they would have gotten a better score but they don t deserve one after this nightmare
