If I could rate this a zero I would The tool is plastic cheap It arrived broken and couldn t be used Yet despite their website claim and I quote their main page 90 day guaranteeIf you re not satisfied with our product simply return it for a full refund I was told they would not refund the full amount They withhold shipping costs substantial due to lithium battery I shouldn t have to pay ANYTHING when they send me a defective non-working product
