I've ordered from Napsgear a couple of times over the years. The products themselves have always been legit and arrived, which is the most important thing. However, my last order took almost four weeks to get to me, and their customer service response was pretty slow when I inquired about tracking. It's a reliable source if you're not in a hurry, but don't expect Amazon Prime speed or communication. It gets the job done, but the experience is just okay.
