Mistakes Rectified and more than compensated for

Ordered an MDF sheet to act as a table top When I arrived to collect it the order was cut to the wrong size and missing the radius I d requested The person who worked there realized this as he passed it to me and took it back in A really helpful lady then took over and got me a new bit cut while I waited She also upgraded the thickness for the MDF for me and provided some smaller pieces of MDF I could use to fix to the bottom of the sheet to stop it sliding around on my table top This was all done free of charge with lots of apologies and even helping to make sure the sheet was packed in to my car well to avoid damage Companies can make mistakes and often get viewed negatively for making them but it s how they handle and rectify their mistakes that we should care about WoodSheets com were absolutely excellent and without doubt I will use them again
