I've used PeoplePerHour for a few projects now, and it's been a solid platform overall. I found a fantastic freelance graphic designer who delivered my logo exactly as I envisioned, and the communication was smooth. The escrow payment system gives great peace of mind. The reason it's not a full five stars is that the initial search can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with so many options, and it takes a bit of time to sift through proposals to find the perfect match.
