Awful service waste of money

My experience with this medical service was deeply troubling The lead doctor appeared dismissive and unprofessional which prompted me to do some additional research I discovered serious allegations against him including reports to the General Medical Council GMC for racism and antisemitism Additionally this organisation is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission CQC the main UK healthcare regulator raising concerns about accountability and oversight The company relies heavily on the owner s title of Doctor yet it appears he has no advanced medical training beyond the essentials A search of the GMC register confirms this limited background A quick look online or on social media reveals the extent of the concerns surrounding this individual I would strongly caution anyone considering this company The validity of their documentation or advice appears questionable at best In response to the company s claim of not offering any consultation where you do not speak to anyone - they offer a telemedicine service the same and only doctor listed has been widely reported in the UK press for alleged racist behaviour Given that it seems to be a single-person operation it s reasonable to conclude that this individual also owns the company Their lack of transparency in terms of ownership and the unverifiable nature of most reviews raise further concerns about credibility For anyone prioritising professionalism and ethical care I suggest seeking alternative options
