Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service We sought advice from them as the said the were experts in cross boarder matters It quickly became clear that they were not We sought advice on the question of Brussels 4 and not once were they prepared to address the question The only time it was mentioned was to say they couldn t address it without a fee We paid the fee to find out they had no idea wanted to ask our french notaires for advice We asked for a refund which was refused Now we have to proceed to ombudsman and failing that small claims court This is a pint of principles and I refuse to back down until I get a full refund Avoid this firm
