Overall really happy experience ordering
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience ordering from Pcnghw. The website was easy to navigate, and the shipping was surprisingly fastmy order arrived well-packaged and ahead of schedule. The parts I ordered (a specific motherboard and RAM kit) were exactly as described and work perfectly in my new build. The reason it's not a full five stars is that their customer service response time was a bit slow when I had a pre-sale question; it took a couple of days to get a reply. But for the price and product quality, they're a solid choice for PC components.
