Buyer Beware! Terrible Experience with Bikerforward
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from Bikerforward. It took forever to receive my leather jacket, and when it finally arrived, I immediately noticed the sizing was off. The arms looked completely wrong, and the medium jacket was more like a small. I tried communicating with them via email, but after several back-and-forth messages, I was told they would charge a 15% restocking fee if I returned the jacket. They even offered me a 20% coupon to keep it! Do they honestly think I’d order from them again? No way!
The sizing chart is also totally inaccurate. I ordered a 3XL jacket based on their chart, but when it arrived, it was so small that it barely fit my daughter. They insisted I pay for return shipping and the 15% restocking fee, despite their size chart being completely wrong. Not only was I dissatisfied with the product, but I also had to file a complaint with the BBB after they refused to issue a refund for some goggles I returned.
I had similar issues with other items. The shipping took forever, and tracking was a nightmare. When I tried to contact them about a missing item, I got no helpful response. The tracking just stopped, and USPS never received the package. To top it off, they tried to refuse me a return label for my kids' jackets and even suggested I keep them for a partial refund, which I found ridiculous.
