Suddenly, money was taken from my account even though I didn’t subscribe! I feel cheated and want my money back. Scam, scam, scam!
It took me over two months to get my full refund, and I had to email the company they registered with. JoyallToys (joyalltoys.com) is such a scam! They even force you to write good reviews, but my experience was terrible. I dealt with two rude agents who refused to help or refund my money.
Very poor customer service—I canceled my subscription weeks ago, yet they still deducted money from my bank account.
That being said, Emma helped resolve my issue eventually, and I appreciate that. Aly was also helpful with my cancellation.
At least their response time was quick, and I got clear answers to my questions. My compliments on that. However, I would still be very cautious before purchasing from joyalltoys.com again.
