BEWARE AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – SCAM ALERT!
I wish I had read the RSGDOLLS reviews and complaints before making my purchase. RSGDOLLS is a scam! They falsely advertise their products, take your money, and either send you a cheap, completely different item or nothing at all.
I ordered a doll for Christmas, but it never arrived. My order was placed on December 7, and I noticed a different company name, KENTESH, on my credit card statement—super sketchy! After researching, I found many people complaining about RSGDOLLS being a scam. I contacted their support, and while they responded once, they ghosted me afterward. Now, I just get spam emails from them every day!
Another major red flag—they claim to ship from the USA, but the package actually comes from China, with endless "shipping" updates that lead nowhere. I tried to track my package, but the status never changed. Buyer beware—this company is a complete fraud!
When I finally received my order, it was nothing like the website pictures. The doll was made of cheap, hard plastic instead of silicone, and the face was horrifying—more like an old woman with bad makeup than a baby doll! My 3-year-old daughter was devastated, as this was her only Christmas wish.
To make matters worse, they ignore refund requests and refuse to follow their own return policy. They even ask for money to be sent via ‘Friends and Family’ on PayPal—a clear scam tactic to prevent chargebacks. I am now filing a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back.
