Up2step Review: A Truly Exceptional Experience!
Thus far, my experience with Up2step has been excellent. My only gripe has been the long wait for my shoes to arrive—perhaps I’m just being impatient because I’m super excited and can’t wait to receive them! But honestly, the wait was so worth it.
This company is 100% genuine, and their shoes are AMAZING! I love them so much, and the quality is absolutely fantastic. I honestly feel like I’m wearing Gucci—everything from the design to the finish is top-notch. The shoes are not only high-quality but also incredibly comfortable. I was initially worried about the fit, but Up2step’s customer service was phenomenal. Buji was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I’m so impressed by the customer service and the product that I will definitely be buying LOTS more from them!

I was a bit hesitant about ordering shoes online, especially from China, as I’ve had some poor experiences in the past. However, I was after a specific shade of blue, and Up2step was the only place that had it. They took my exact foot measurements and contacted me immediately after placing my order to confirm the details.
The delivery was expected in 2-4 weeks, and it took just under 4 weeks, which was exactly what I anticipated. When my shoes arrived, they were well-packaged, each shoe in its own individual bag wrapped in tissue paper and a beautiful satin bow. There was also a thoughtful touch of heel grips and sole pads included, which was a nice bonus.
The shoes were true to the color shown on the website, well-made, and very comfortable. I would definitely order from Up2step again!
