ozvapeshops Review: Disappointing Experience with Order #25538

I’ve been a regular customer at ozvapeshops, but my recent experience has been frustrating. After reviewing my order #25538, I was informed that the package couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address. While I understand mistakes can happen, I was disappointed to learn that typically, they don't offer replacements in such cases. However, they did mention they would resend my order this time, which I appreciated. But here's the thing—this isn't the first time I've had issues.

Each time I made a purchase, I either received the wrong flavours or vapes that tend to misfire a lot. I’ve emailed them on multiple occasions asking questions about the products I purchased, but I've only ever received responses when I first started buying from them. More recently, I’ve tried reaching out to them again with no luck. No replies, no updates—just complete silence.

At this point, I’d have to say I cannot recommend ozvapeshops based on my personal experience. While their commitment to resending my order is appreciated, the overall customer service and product quality have been consistently underwhelming.
