Worldwayelec Reviews: A Mixed Experience
I’ve had a mixed experience with Worldwayelec, and I want to share my thoughts to help others make an informed decision. On one hand, they do offer some great benefits. The quotation process is always prompt, and the team follows up consistently to keep us updated on our order until it’s delivered. This attention to detail is something I truly appreciate.
Worldwayelec has always been quick to respond and ships parts fast, which is crucial when you're on a tight schedule. They’re reliable in sending genuine parts, and I’ve found them to be a great broker to work with. In addition, their service has been impeccable when it comes to responding to inquiries and delivering orders in a timely manner. The team, especially Susan, has been incredibly helpful and patient, helping us find the parts we need.
However, my experience hasn't been entirely positive. I had a terrible encounter when they delivered the wrong part, and when I reached out for a refund or RMA, they completely refused to assist. They denied any wrongdoing in the matter, which left me very disappointed. I now strongly advise being very cautious when dealing with Worldwayelec, as my experience with their customer service was nothing short of frustrating.
On the other hand, I must commend them for their ability to find hard-to-source components. When materials are in short supply, I always turn to Worldwayelec, knowing they’ll come through. They’ve saved me a lot of time and helped keep our production line running smoothly, especially during tight situations.
