I had a terrible experience with Ascily, and I feel compelled to share my story. I purchased their product, using the lowest level as suggested, but it was way too strong and caused significant bruising. I even took before-and-after photos and tried reaching out to them to explain the situation. Instead of helping, they demanded a video showing how I used the product. Seriously, do they think I don't know how to follow instructions? I asked for a refund and offered to send it back, but guess what? They blocked my email, so I couldn't even communicate with them anymore.

To make matters worse, the delivery took THREE weeks, and when the item finally arrived, I realized I wanted to return it immediately. However, the customer service was incredibly slow to respond, and when they finally did, they told me I would have to pay far more in return shipping fees to the USA than what I originally paid for the product. It felt like they were making it impossible to return the item, despite their website promising a smooth, free return process.
