I ordered from Ascily, and it was a complete disaster! The delivery took three weeks, and when the item finally arrived, it was way too strong, even on the lowest setting. It left bruises all over! I reached out to customer service with before-and-after pictures, hoping for help. Instead of addressing my concerns, they demanded a video of me using it—seriously? I know how to use a simple device!

When I asked for a refund, they blocked my email. I can't even contact them anymore! Is Ascily a scam? Absolutely! They promise "smooth and free returns" on their website, but that’s a lie. When I tried to return it, they told me I’d have to pay more in return fees than what I originally paid for the product. Their customer service was slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve my issue.
