Misleading Products & Zero Refunds – Avoid VRIMLO at All Costs!
I rarely write reviews, but after my experience, I had to warn others. I placed an order with this site after seeing what seemed like great deals—Vrimlo reviews looked promising, and I honestly thought I’d found a hidden gem. Big mistake.
What I received was nothing close to what was advertised. Instead of a proper product, I got an empty box. Yes, an empty box. When I reached out to complain, they offered to replace it... with another empty box. That was their idea of “customer service.”
The product quality is beyond dreadful. It’s cheap rubbish, straight from China, with sloppy assembly and zero durability. Within days of light use, it started falling apart—seams splitting, colors fading, parts loose. I also ordered a pair of slippers that were so poorly made, they were basically unwearable. Honestly, even TikTok shop items for pennies are better quality.
Despite their so-called return policy, they refused to issue a refund—even when I received the wrong item. After several back-and-forth emails (most of which they ignored), I had to contact my credit card company and initiate a chargeback. Total scam behavior.
