Customer Review: From Frustration to Satisfaction with Mpreviews
I had a terrible experience with this service at first. Mpreviews kept charging my credit card even after I told them I didn’t remember ordering their service. Despite my repeated requests to stop the charges, they wouldn’t relent, and I eventually had to go through the hassle of replacing my credit card. It was incredibly stressful and left a bad taste in my mouth.
However, as a longtime monger since the '70s, I’ve seen a lot of platforms come and go, and I have to admit—Mpreviews Reviews has come a long way. I’ve been a member for about seven years now. When I first joined, I loved the site. But around 2005–2006, things started to slide—the user interface became sloppy, and the loading speed was just average, which ultimately led me to walk away for a bit.
