I almost never leave reviews, but my experience with Vrimlo was so frustrating that I feel like I have to speak up. I ordered what was advertised as a limited edition book set. What did I get? An empty box. Yes—completely empty. I thought it was a mistake, so I contacted their support team, only to be offered an "exchange"... for another empty box. That’s not just poor service—that’s outright fraud.
