I regret giving them a single cent. Worthystream IPTV is a shady, unreliable, and potentially dangerous provider.
I genuinely thought I was signing up for a premium IPTV experience with Worthystream, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. At first, everything seemed to work fine—channels loaded quickly, the interface was decent, and the lineup looked promising. But the moment I paid for a full subscription, the problems started pouring in. Within days, several channels stopped working or began showing the wrong content entirely. Others just looped or froze constantly, making the service virtually unusable.
The worst part? The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I submitted several support tickets when the service went down completely for over a week—and not a single one was answered. It’s like they vanished after taking my money. To make things worse, my subscription was cut off two weeks early with no explanation or warning. That’s outright theft.
When I reached out, all I got was vague responses like “we’re investigating,” but no actual help or follow-up. And then there’s the alarming stuff—like reports that Worthystream has been engaging in racist behavior and using hateful language with users. If that’s true (and from what I’ve seen, I believe it is), that’s disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there are serious concerns about how they’re handling user data—apparently storing it insecurely and even leaking personal information. That’s not just unethical, that’s potentially criminal.
I also made a mistake during checkout and accidentally paid for a one-month plan twice. Despite reaching out immediately, they refused to process a refund. Combine that with the total service failure and lack of support, and you’ve got a textbook scam.
Even reinstalling the app and resetting everything didn’t fix my issues. I couldn’t log back in, and the only “support” I received was them resending login credentials that never worked in the first place.
