Unbelievable
Ordered from Australia. Paid £35 for hand delivery.
Ordered 6 cupcakes. Expected them to look really pretty in a special box. , they were delivered in a box meant for 18 cakes. The rest of the box was empty!!! The empty spaces were just left empty! No wrapping, paper, nothing!!!!! I am astonished whoever prepared this could think it’s acceptable !! I’m still laughing as I’m in shock!! I complained but never heard back from the company. Just goes to show u cannot trust every business on the internet. My daughter sadly thought it was a practical joke and not for her birthday!!! Expensive practice joke
