I ordered the Eternal Wave product for nearly $50 after being captivated by their professional-looking ads and website. Unfortunately, what I received was a cheap, flimsy plastic replica that looked nothing like what was advertised.
Customer service was frustrating and unhelpful—they offered me an $8 refund instead of processing a return, even though my item shipped from California and they expected me to return it overseas at my own cost.
