Novodiva Reviews: Beware of Poor Quality, Slow Shipping, and Terrible Customer Service

I want to share my honest experience after ordering from Novodiva, hoping it helps others avoid the frustration I went through. Despite the attractive photos and promises of high-quality clothing, the reality was far from what was advertised. The fabric felt cheap and flimsy—completely different from the rich, vibrant materials shown online. The fit was off, and the colors did not match the pictures at all.

Customer service was nearly nonexistent. I reached out multiple times via Instagram and email about these issues but got slow or no responses. When they did reply, they insisted I return the items to China for a refund, which is costly and impractical. Even after explaining I was traveling, no arrangements were made for return shipping or pickup.

Shipping took forever, and in some cases, packages never arrived. Attempts to get help or reshipment were ignored or dismissed. The company also discourages leaving genuine reviews on their website, instead offering small discounts for silence.

If you're considering buying from Novodiva, please think twice. Based on my experience and many others, the risk of wasting your money on poor quality products and unresponsive support is high. This isn’t a trustworthy brand, and I hope this review saves others from the same disappointment.
