Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful—requests for refunds or support are ignored or delayed with automated replies. Some reviews suggest they pressure users into leaving positive feedback in exchange for help, which raises serious trust concerns. Based on my experience and multiple reports online, Formyhobbies cannot be relied upon, and it’s best to block any payments immediately and avoid engaging with them.
