Hotflightdeals Reviews – Customer Experiences and Warnings

I booked a flight through Hotflightdeals, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite receiving a booking confirmation email, I discovered at the airport that my tickets were not actually paid for, and I had to pay over $1,200 to fly. Attempts to contact their customer support have been frustrating; calls are often transferred, and promised callbacks from supervisors never happen. They also list flights at low prices on their website, only to later inform you that those fares are no longer available, asking for significantly higher amounts. Several times, their staff provided incorrect origin and destination details, and flight cancellations went uncommunicated. Refunds are delayed or not issued at all. Based on my experience, I strongly caution against using Hotflightdeals. They should be reported to consumer protection agencies for misleading advertising and poor customer service.
