Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality Products, No Refunds, and Misleading Return Policy

I regret ordering from Grishay. The items I received were not at all what was advertised—very low quality and nothing like the product photos on their website. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they gave me the runaround and insisted I ship the products back to China, even though they were originally shipped from a U.S. address. The cost of return shipping was higher than the value of the items, making it practically impossible to get a refund. After weeks of waiting, I still have not received my money back. Based on my experience and other Grishay reviews I’ve read, this company engages in deceptive practices and does not honor fair return policies. I strongly advise avoiding this website and shopping with more reputable retailers instead.
