Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality Products, Misleading Returns, and Unreliable Service
I placed an order with Grishay and the experience was extremely disappointing. The items I received were not as advertised, the quality was far below expectations, and customer service was unhelpful. When I requested a return, I was told I would need to pay for shipping back to China—even though the package had originally come from within the U.S. This policy feels misleading and unfair to customers. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I still have not received a refund. Based on my experience and what I’ve seen in other Grishay reviews, this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or product quality. I would strongly recommend avoiding purchases from Grishay to prevent similar frustration and loss.
