Grishay Reviews – Poor Quality, Refund Issues, and Return Scams
I ordered from Grishay after seeing their ads online, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The items I received were nothing like the pictures—cheap, low-quality, and not worth the price. When I contacted customer service about a return, they gave me the run-around and said I had to ship the products back to China, even though they were originally sent from the U.S. The return shipping would have cost more than the items themselves. Months later, I am still waiting for my refund. Based on my experience and other Grishay reviews I’ve seen, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. It feels misleading and unfair to customers.
