Grishay Reviews: Beware of Low-Quality Products and Poor Customer Service
I ordered multiple items from Grishay.com expecting the quality shown on their website, but what I received was completely different. The products were cheaply made, not as advertised, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I requested a return, they demanded shipping back to China at my expense, which was far more than the cost of the items. Refunds were delayed or partial, and positive reviews online seem misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Grishay. This company fails to meet basic standards of quality and transparency.
