Mkdiscount Reviews: Poor Communication, Missing Items, and No Refund Response

I’m really disappointed with my experience after ordering from Mkdiscount. I placed an order for a home decor item, and when it finally arrived, several parts were missing. I immediately emailed their customer support and even tried contacting them through their website form, but never received any reply. It has now been weeks, and I still haven’t received the missing parts or a refund.

The tracking page no longer works, and there’s no valid phone number listed for customer service. This makes it very difficult for customers to resolve simple issues. Based on my experience, Mkdiscount’s communication and after-sales support seem unreliable.
