Stressless Reviews: High Price, Mixed Comfort, and Limited Support
My experience aligns with many other Stressless Reviews saying the quality does not always match the premium cost. The recliner looked stylish at first, but the seat support started to weaken much sooner than expected. I reported the issue, and customer service redirected me back to the retailer with little accountability. For furniture that is marketed for comfort and back support, this was very disappointing. I expected better durability and a stronger warranty experience for the price. If someone is considering this brand, I would recommend testing the chair for long periods in store and confirming the warranty process with the specific retailer before spending so much.
