Jampastey Reviews: Buyer Beware – Poor Quality and Refund Issues

I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. I ordered three clothing items from Jampastey after seeing their ad on social media, and what I received looked nothing like the pictures. The materials were cheap, the stitching was uneven, and the sizes ran extremely small—at least two sizes smaller than described.

It took almost a month for my order to arrive, and when I contacted customer service for a return, they kept delaying the response and eventually told me sending the items back overseas would cost more than my refund. There’s no working phone number, and the email support feels automated.

Based on my experience, Jampastey does not seem trustworthy. Many buyers online are sharing similar complaints about poor quality, misleading product photos, and refund issues. If you’re considering ordering from them, I strongly suggest checking verified Jampastey reviews and customer feedback first. It’s better to spend a little more with a reputable retailer than risk losing your money.
