Korsina Review - Major Disappointments in Quality and Service

My Korsina experience has been frustrating. I ordered two items based on positive reviews but was let down significantly. The first issue: product photos on their website don't match what arrives. The merchandise quality is substantially lower than what's displayed online. The colors look faded compared to pictures. Material feels cheap and thin - definitely not worth the price point. My first order had shipping take 14 days, which exceeded their '5-7 day' promise. When I contacted support about quality concerns, responses were delayed by 3-4 days. Their return policy requires paying return shipping. The website experienced multiple outages. When items finally arrived, packaging was minimal and one item had visible damage.
