Affordable but buyer beware - activation issues and poor support

I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 from Deskcodes at a significantly reduced price, which initially seemed like a great deal. However, my experience quickly turned problematic. The activation process was frustrating - despite following all provided instructions, the product key failed to activate properly on my system, leaving me unable to access the software I'd paid for.

Customer support proved to be non-existent. I sent multiple emails requesting assistance, but received only generic automated responses. After two weeks without resolution, I still couldn't use the product. While I understand the low prices come with trade-offs, the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable for a paid software purchase.

The actual software, when I eventually got it working through Microsoft's support team, functions normally. But the path to get there was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. For anyone considering buying from Deskcodes, be prepared for potential activation headaches and don't expect help if something goes wrong.

I wouldn't recommend this seller unless you're extremely tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting license issues independently. There are other retailers offering similar discounts with actual customer support.
